Care for Our Professional Coach Captains
Our captains have great responsibility of passenger's safe journey. Beyond the driver who merely holds the wheel, our professional coach captains recognise that they safeguard the lives and safe connection of people to their destination and loved ones. We go further to ensure that each coach captain is fairly compensated with incentives for performance, full EPF and SOSCO contributions for their salary which remains beyond the industry standards. Sufficient rest, removing non-core roles and a good working environment with support allows our captains to focus on performing their best in guaranteeing the safe connection of lives.
Great Characters for Great Responsibilities
We ensure our coach captains have the best skills and attitudes to safeguard your journey experience. Our selection process is stringent beginning with track record of summons and accidents check to ensure clean record before we put them through driving tests. Passing candidates undergo a training period of 2 to 6 months, depending on driving experience which starts from a 2 years minimum with long distance heavy vehicles. During this period, we ensure that our captains have the right attitude to their roles and responsibility in providing the safe connection of lives..
