Located, or perhaps hidden, in a lush green corner of Selangor is the Aeroline T-Port. It's the home of our fleet and crew, and quite recently over the year - to a few stray cats and dogs. The strays had wandered about in the streets and eventually ended up within the T-Port's vicinity as we took them in for a shelter and to share a meal as our adopted pets.

Making a connection has never been any easier with just a wave or a smile, and of course, a treat in hand. These furry friends were accumulated to a total of 9 cats, 3 dogs and 4 kittens, each with an affectionate nickname including Jackie, Do-Do, Tiger and more. The unique attachment with these charming companions brings one of the many smiles from us.

Our furry friends have since been taken to a certified veterinarian for de-worm, spayed and/or neutered while the kittens have been de-worm.

The cats have since gone to live in a cat sanctuary for a comfortable living environment (we honestly don't think the tinkering and clanging of our workshop is conducive for a cat even with 9 lives) while Jackie, Kellie & Harry, the 3 canines are up for adoption. Three out of the four kittens are now happily adopted by the Shah family and we hope the others would soon find a home too.

For anyone who's responsibly up for a pet, do take a visit of www.petfinder.my or www.myanimalcare.org or malaysiandogsdeservebetter.blogspot.com. These non-affiliated volunteer efforts take in strays to care for them until an owner comes along.

Each cat or canine (or animal at all) has a story to tell and most will bring your heart to swell in love for them with a feeling of connection. Have you found yours?

* Note: The adoption process will require a short interview of the soon-to-be owner as well follow-up visits and checks of the furry animals to ensure of their well-being even after the adoption.
