Can I change my travel date and time?
You may change your travel date/time for a small fee (where applicable, please refer to our policy of carriage) PROVIDED you make the change of travel plans at least 3 days before the original departure date stated in the ticket. For example, you will need to show up on Tuesday or earlier to change a trip that originally departs on Friday.

How can I change my ticket?
If you have purchased your ticket online and you have to yet to validate your physical boarding ticket, you may do your changes online via your Travel Summary at our website.
If you have validated your ticket at our service centre with a physical boarding ticket, please present your ticket to the same service centre to make the according changes.
Kindly note that all changes must be made at least 3 days before departure.

Do you have charges for a change in my travel date and time?
The first change made at least three days before departure is free of charge while subsequent changes thereafter are RM10 / $5 and above.

Can I choose to board the earlier departure time if it's available?
Yes, you may do so for the same route on the same day if seats are available up till 15 minutes before its departure time. Please note that this change in bringing forward your trip must be done on the day of departure and will incur an administration charge of RM10.00/S$5.00
E.g. If your journey is on 26th November at 3.30pm for KL-SIN and you'd like to option for the 10.00am KL-SIN trip, you may come by our service centre on 26th November up to 9:45 am to check if seats are available to make the switch. |

Can I choose to board the later departure time if it's available?
No, unfortunately you may not. |

Can I get a refund for cancellations?
There will be no refunds for cancellations. |

I have lost my ticket, can I get a replacement?
All tickets printed and issued are valid till the time of travel and our system has no way of nullifying the ticket. Hence, we cannot offer a replacement for lost tickets. A new ticket will have to be bought.

I missed the coach; can I get a replacement trip with the next available one?
There are no complimentary replacements for a trip missed. A new ticket will have to be bought. |

Can I get a refund for a trip I missed for some reason or another?
Unfortunately you may not as all tickets purchased are not refundable regardless of reason. |

Can you waive the change charges if I can’t change to a new date due to your six weeks booking period?
There will be no waiver of charges. Please ensure that when you make your purchase of the ticket(s), your intended travel date is confirmed as our system’s trip availability is strictly limited to six weeks unless notified otherwise. |
