What type of buses do you have?
Aeroline operates the Double Deck Coach with 30 seats on the upper deck and a business lounge which can accommodate 6 adults on the lower deck. The lower deck also consists of a washroom and pantry.

All Aeroline coaches are serviced with a Cabin Crew to serve passengers meals and beverages on board, and to assist during the journey. Aeroline coaches are air-conditioned and uses air suspension for a superior ride comfort. Each coach is with comfortable ergonomic reclining seats that incorporate leg support, on board entertainment, reading lights, and also plug points for the convenience of recharging your laptop or mobile devices while on the move.

 
 

Can I request for a specific coach?
Aeroline has fixed schedules for each coach therefore you may not.

However, should we need to service any coach due to reasons of maintenance and safety, we reserve the right to replace the coach of similar type for the journey without prior notice.

 
 

Where are Aeroline’s pick up and drop off points?
Singapore:
Pick up & Drop off: Coach Bay at Level 1, Harbourfront Centre.

Kuala Lumpur:
Pick up & Drop off: Right opposite Corus Hotel’s main entrance, by the main bus stop.

Bandar Utama:
Pick up: Coach Terminal at Lower Ground, One Utama Shopping Centre.
Drop off: Open air Dataran Carpark at Lower Ground, One Utama Shopping Centre, by the shaded walkway.

Bandar Sunway:
Pick up: Right in front of our Sunway service centre at Lower Ground Two, Sunway Pyramid, opposite the main entrance of Sunway Lagoon.
Drop off: (Day trips) Right in front of our Sunway service centre at Lower Ground Two, Sunway Pyramid, opposite the main entrance of Sunway Lagoon.
(Evening trips) Bus stop at Lower Ground main entrance, Sunway Pyramid, by the main road.

Penang:
For Queensbay Mall
Pick Up & Drop Off: Right in front of our Queensbay Mall service centre at Ground Floor, Queensbay Mall.

For Sg. Nibong Bus Terminal
Pick Up & Drop Off: Right in front of our Sg. Nibong counter terminal.

 
 

How long is the journey?
Depending on the traffic conditions as well as the situation and time taken for clearance at both Malaysia and Singapore Immigration & Customs Checkpoints, we expect the journey to and from Singapore to take around 6 hours.

 
 

Would there be stops made on the way?
Where necessary, we may make a rest and toilet stop of no more than 20 minutes. Otherwise, we do not make stops at any other major towns, landmarks, and/or rest areas, for pick-up or drop-offs.

 
 

Where do you stop along the highway?
The rest & relax areas was usually stop at are:
Klang Valley to Singapore & Johor Bahru: Pagoh Rest Area, Johor
Singapore & Johor Bahru to Klang Valley: Pagoh Rest Area, Johor
Klang Valley to Penang: Bukit Gantang Rest Area, Perak
Penang to Klang Valley: Simpang Pulai Rest Area, Perak

 
 

Can I board or alight at points along the journey?
We cannot allow any passenger to board or alight at any point along the way for the safety and comfort of all our passengers on board.

 
 

Do you use second link or the causeway?
Aeroline uses the second link via Tuas.
