How can I get a ticket?
You can purchase tickets directly from any of our Service Centres.
Alternatively, for your convenience, you may purchase online at www.aeroline.com.my for trips departing from Malaysia or www.aeroline.com.sg for trips departing from Singapore.
You can also call our Call Centre at 03-625 888 00 (Malaysia) or +65-625 888 00 (Singapore) to book your tickets and thereafter collect them at our Service Centre of your choice.

What is your ticket price?
Our ticket price is RM128 one way for Klang Valley to Singapore and $50 one way for Singapore to Klang Valley. Further information on ticket price may be found here.
If you purchase a one-way ticket for Singapore to Klang Valley at any Malaysian Service Centre, the ticket price is RM150 based on the current foreign exchange rate.
For Klang Valley to Penang and vice versa, our one-way Adult ticket price is RM72. Child ticket is RM36.
For Kuala Lumpur to Johor Baru and vice versa, our one-way Adult ticket price is RM72. Child ticket is RM36.

What do I do to make a ticket reservation?
Call us at 03-625 888 00 at least five days in advance of your choice departure date to make a booking (reservation) of your tickets.
You will receive a reservation number when the transaction is confirmed. You need to present it to our Service Centre to purchase your ticket within two days of the reservation.
Kindly note that the reservation will only be kept for two days. You are expected to settle the purchase at the counter within two days of the reservation date.
The reservation will be automatically cancelled should you fail to pay for it within the said 48-hours’ time limit.

Can my family or friend buy a ticket for me?
As Aeroline boarding pass is a bearer’s ticket, your family or friend may purchase tickets on your behalf or vice versa.
Please ensure that the travelling passenger bring along the physical boarding pass or the e-Ticket (either in print or kept as an image in the mobile device with the QR Code clearly showing) for scanning purposes when boarding.

How do I purchase a one way in your online system?
You can purchase a one way trip by clicking 'None' on the drop-down menu button of the "RETURN" ticket column.

What payments do you accept?
For online transaction, Aeroline Card members may use their Aeroline Cards to settle the purchase. Non-Aeroline Card members may pay by using credit card only (Visa and MasterCard).
All of our Malaysian Service Centres accept payments by Aeroline Card, credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and cash, while our Singapore Service Centre accepts payments by Aeroline Card and cash only.

How do I confirm my purchase of ticket?
If your purchase is made via online, your e-Ticket will be available at your ‘Future Trips’ upon logging in to your account.
If your purchase is made via our Service Centre, you shall immediately obtain the physical tickets from our Customer Care Officer.

How can I change my ticket?
If you have purchased your ticket online, you may do your changes online via your Travel Summary at our website.
If you hold a physical boarding ticket issued by our Service Centre, please present your ticket to the same Service Centre to make the changes.

What are the charges imposed for ticket change/booking?
No administrative charge is imposed for a FIRST change if it is done at least 3 (three) days before the departure date.
The SECOND and subsequent change during this period is subjected to an administrative charge of RM10/S$5 per ticket per change.
The FIRST and subsequent changes done 2 (two) days before departure date is subjected to an administrative charge of RM20.00/SGD10.00 per ticket per change.

Can I change the travel route of my booking?
You may change the departure or arrival point within the same sector, but not both the departure and arrival point at the same time. For example, you may change your KUL-SIN trip to BU-SIN trip (same destination, different departure point) or PNG-KUL to PNG-SWY (same departure point, different destination)
Some changes are not allowed. For example you may NOT change KUL-SIN trip to become SIN-KUL trip, or KUL-PNG trip to become PNG-KUL trip.
Administrative charges may apply where appropriate.

Can I change the travel date and time for my booking?
You may change your travel date/time for a small fee (where applicable, please refer to our policy of carriage PROVIDED you make the change of travel plans at least 3 days before the original departure date stated in the ticket. For example, you will need to show up on Tuesday or earlier to change a trip that originally departs on Friday.

What is the age limit for a child's ticket?
A child above the age of 12 years requires an adult ticket. Child's ticket is applicable for a child from the age of 5 to 12. Children below 5 may travel free of charge but no seat will be provided solely for the child.

Do I have to buy a seat for my toddler?
We require you to purchase a seat if you need it for your baby seat. Please be advised that our seats are designed for adult and you are responsible to ensure your toddler's secure seating.

Can my child travel alone?
No, a child below the age of 12 years old will only be allowed to travel if accompanied by a person of at least 18 years of age.

Can my pet travel in the cabin with me?
We do not permit/accept pets and animals on board. This also includes guide/assistance dogs.

Can I select a seat for my trip?
Yes, you may do so after your payment is successful. A window will load on screen for 5 minutes for you to choose your seat. Our system will automatically assign you a seat if you fail to select it for yourself within the given time-limit.
For trips with limited number of seats (fewer than 10 seats are available) you have a choice to view the available seats before deciding to proceed to purchase the ticket.

Can I purchase a lower deck seat for my elderly relative?
Our system does not provide any option for anyone to book a lower deck seat when the upper deck seats are still available.
Three of the lower deck seats can only be purchased by Aeroline Card members when they opt to redeem their Priority Access Pass (PAP). This option is available to them only when the upper deck seats are fully sold out.
Depending on the type of bus assigned for your trip, a bus which has a round-table (lounge) on the lower deck offers three seats which are available for all on board to use on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Am I allowed to change my selection of seat after the ticket purchase is done?
You may change it only one time online. Subsequent changes can only be done at our Service Centre and a charge of RM20 will be imposed for each change.

Can you help to change my upper deck seat to lower deck seat?
We are unable to assist you in changing seat from the upper deck to the lower deck.

I’m traveling with my family this weekend. How do I find out if we can sit together?
You may enquire of seat availabilities if you call our Call Centre at 03-6258 8800 (Malaysia) or 65-6258 8800 (Singapore) and thereafter book the tickets when you are satisfied with the seating arrangements.
