Can I change my travel date and time?
You may change your travel date/time for a small fee (where applicable, please refer to our policy of carriage) PROVIDED you make the change of travel plans at least 3 days before the original departure date stated in the ticket. For example, you will need to do the change on Tuesday (1st March) or earlier to change a trip that originally departs on Friday (4th March)

How can I change my ticket?
If you have purchased your ticket online, you may do your changes online via your Travel Summary at our website.
If you hold a physical boarding ticket, please present your ticket to the same Service Centre to make the according changes.
Kindly note that no change can be made 1 (one) day before departure date or on the day of the departure itself.

Do you have charges for a change in my travel date and time?
The first change made at least three days before departure is free of charge while subsequent changes thereafter are at RM10 / $5 per change per ticket.

Can I choose to board the earlier departure time, on the date of my travel, if it is available?
Yes, you may do so for the same route on the same day if seats are available up till 15 minutes before its departure time. Please note that this change in bringing forward your trip must be done on the day of departure and will incur an administration charge of RM10.00/S$5.00
For example, if your KL-SIN journey on 26th November is at 4.30pm and you would like to opt for the 10.00am KL-SIN trip, you have to come by our Service Centre on 26th November before 9.45am to check if seats are available and to make the switch by printing a new ticket for the 10.00am trip

Can I choose to board the later departure time, on the date of my travel, if it is available?
No, unfortunately you may not

Can I get a refund for cancellations?
There will be no refunds for cancellations.

I have lost my ticket, can I get a replacement?
All tickets which have been issued are valid till the time of travel. Our system is not able to nullify the ticket, hence, any attempt to replace or reprint a purported lost ticket will not be successful. A new ticket will have to be bought.

I missed the coach; can I get a replacement trip with the next available one?
There are no complimentary replacement if you miss your trip. A new ticket will have to be bought.

Can I get a refund for a trip I missed for some reason or another?
Unfortunately you may not as all tickets purchased are not refundable regardless of reason.

Can you waive the change charges if I can't change to a new date which is still not open?
There will be no waiver of charges. Please ensure that when you make your purchase of the ticket(s), your intended travel date is confirmed. Our system's trip availability is strictly as per whatever we provide online.
